English requirements

Please note that a minimum of IELTS 5.5 or equivalent is required in all four skills areas to secure a student visa. The exception to this is MA Musicology, for which we require an IELTS overall score 7.0 (with no lower than 6.5 in all components) or equivalent.


HSSC/Intermediate (minimum 60% overall including Maths at 60%) plus one-year (new scheme) or two-year (old scheme) BCom/BSc/BA with minimum 50% / Division I


Two years Bachelor Degree plus a two year’s Master’s degree with an average of 55% / GPA 2.6
Four years Bachelor’s degree with an average of 55% / GPA 2.6, or
Three years Bachelor’s degree plus one year’s Masters.
